How Does The Moon Change In The Course Of The Story Embers Of Moonlight

One of the novel's protagonists and the titular "daughter who drank the moon." As an baby, Luna lives in the Protectorate, a corrupt city where the youngest infant is offered every bit an annual cede to the Witch who is rumored to live in the surrounding forest.
